FreshBite — Online ordering for a local restaurant
A catalog website with QR code ordering and WhatsApp notifications for a growing restaurant chain.
The Problem
The restaurant was taking orders over phone calls and WhatsApp messages, leading to missed orders during busy hours and no way to show their full menu to new customers.
What We Designed & Built
A mobile-friendly catalog website where customers browse the menu, add items to a cart, and place orders that go directly to the kitchen display and the owner's WhatsApp. QR codes at each table and on packaging link to the site.
Architectural Insights & Outcomes
Designed for a busy kitchen environment where staff need to see orders at a glance. WhatsApp integration was chosen because both staff and customers already use it daily.
Note: This is a concept project demonstrating the catalog and ordering site service. Real metrics will be added when the project is delivered.
