1. Scope of Website
This website serves as an informational portfolio, service catalog, and project inquiry tool for Codelinx. All project inquiries and ballpark figures are non-binding; binding scopes and quotes are finalized through a formal proposal.
2. Client Engagements
Every software development engagement is governed by a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) specifying milestones, payment schedules, and deliverable specifications.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full and final payment, complete intellectual property and source code rights for custom client deliverables transfer entirely to the client.
